Celebrate Mother’s Day weekend on two wheels. Pedals & Petals Ride is a women-only bicycle ride along the Cedar Valley Nature Trail. It's designed for connection, conversation, and joy. Ride at your own pace, stop in charming trail towns, and spend a spring Saturday doing something just for you. 

  Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or riding your bike for the first time in years, this ride is for women who believe bikes are better with friends.

Pedals & Petals Ride is a relaxed, social bike ride created specifically for women. The route follows the beautiful Cedar Valley Nature Trail with optional distances and planned stops in small trail towns along the way.

This is not a race.
This is not a test of speed or skill.

It’s a chance to:

• Enjoy the trail and the towns
   
• Celebrate Mother’s Day weekend in a fun, active way
