This is an out and back ride, 17 each miles each way for a total of 34 miles.
The schedule is designed based on cyclists pedaling about 10mph.
If you are injured or in danger, please call 911. If you don't want to ride anymore, call someone for a ride back to your vehicle. Rideshare options like Uber are available.
YES the Cedar Valley Nature Trail will be crossing roadways throughout the day! Please use extreme caution when crossing roadways. Vehicles always have the right away.
Someone near you in the group will most likely stop to help, but be prepared to walk to the nearest road to call someone for assistance or a ride. Ensure you have a "just in case" plan.
This is designed as a women's ride. If you do not identify as a woman, consider signing up to volunteer!
You can park just over the river from the Czech & Slovak Museum, in the New Bohemia neighborhood on 2nd St SE and ride your bike 0.2 miles to the museum. There are also several parking lots in Czech Village off 15th Ave SW and 17th Ave SW.
Yes, both vegetarian and gluten free options are available. If you have other specific dietary restrictions, please email us, or consider packing your meals.
